Is there anything I need to do regarding insurance before coming in for my appointment?

For patients with a PPO style insurance that we accept, you don’t have to contact your insurance provider prior to the appointment. However, if you have a HMO/DHMO plan, you must have your provider assign you to our office prior to being seen. This is accomplished with a quick call to your insurance provider. We are in network with most major insurance carries to ensure you have the most competitive fees. Regardless of what type of insurance you have, if you have an insurance card, be sure to bring it with you to your first appointment.
